The software is slick, looks great and performs even better. They say to never judge a book by it’s cover but sometimes it’s hard not to. The website is gorgeous, the installation was quick and simple and so we couldn’t help but think this was going to be a great product. How right we were! The scans are quick, efficient and effective and they have integrated bonus features very well. PC Protect definitely try and push their support channels through their 24/7 live chat and we can see why, we’ve never had to wait longer than a minute to connect to a support agent. These guys are a new company and have designed their software and support for the modern world, maybe they aren’t missing a trick by not including phone support? It seems like phone support is becoming more obsolete by the day with the ability of live chat – It’s quicker and much more convenient too. We also have to mention their online knowledge base guides and articles as these are outstanding. It really gives us confidence that PCProtect.com have got your back if anything were to go wrong.
PCProtect offers the usual features you’d expect from an antivirus – anti-malware scanning, real-time protection etc. but we’re excited to talk about how PC Protect take it to the next level. We briefly mentioned this feature earlier but want to go into more detail as there’s no-one else in the market who offers this kind of tool.
